How to order?

To place an order follow these steps:

Step 1: Choose a design

Step 2: Fill in your specifications (size, color and quantity)

Step 3: It will show you how much is the total price you’ve selected

Step 4: Click “add to cart” button & you will be prompted that the item was added in your cart / You can select more designs after you’re done click “View Cart” button

Step 5: Verify your order info & discounts you will be receiving after that click “Proceed To Checkout” button to go to shipping details

Step 6: Fill in your shipping & billing address info & select your courier provider

Step 7: Select your payment method, verify your grand total after that check our terms & click “Place Order” button to confirm all of your order

Step 8: Please save the payment info. for your deposit. After payment please send us a copy of your bank deposit slip for our verification.

Can I remove an item from my shopping cart?

To remove an item in your shopping cart, you can:

  • Click on the Cart icon on top of Grafik Republic page to go to your shopping cart
  • Click on “Remove item”

Your cart will be updated and that item will be removed.

Will I receive any order confirmation?

An email containing the order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you after your order is placed.

Email notifications will be sent to update you on your order status.

How do I pay?

    • Cash on Delivery / COD (on selected areas: Metro Manila)
    • Online Payment: We accept credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, AMEX and JCB) thru Paypal
    • LBC Pera Padala

What is COD?

COD or Cash on Delivery is a payment method that lets you pay in cash to the merchant as you receive your item/order. With this payment method, you can pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receipt of your order.

Cash on Delivery is offered in Grafik Republic in selected areas

Which credit cards are accepted for payment?

All major credit and debit cards, local or foreign issued, supported by VISA, Mastercard, JCB or AMEX are accepted by Grafik Republic thru Paypal

Foreign-issued cards need to indicate on the “complete billing address field” the exact address and post code that would match your card’s billing address.

Your card details will be protected using industry-leading encryption standards.

Why did I receive an email requesting me to send a copy of my ID card/ credit card?

At Grafik Republic, we take the security of your identity and online transaction seriously. Therefore we may need to seek your assistance in sending us a colored scanned copy of your ID card/ credit card (front and back).

We will only begin processing your order once your purchase has been verified. All orders with pending verification after 48 hours from the time of order will be auto-cancelled and refunded.

Why was my order charged wrong amount?

Your order might have incurred a shipping fee or bulk fee or the 3% witholding tax.

If your order was indeed charged wrong amount, please contact us at www.grafikrepublic.com/contact. We will assist you right away.

Do you keep my credit card details?

Credit card transactions are only done through PayPal therefore  the info inputted are not stored or retained in our database.

Can I change delivery address/ phone number/ recipient for my existing order?

Yes. To make changes with the following:

  • Delivery address for your existing order
  • Phone number for your existing order
  • Recipient for your existing orderPlease send us your request to change at: http://grafikrepublic.com/contact/. We will contact you as soon as possible.

NOTE: Delivery addresses, phone numbers and recipient names can only be changed if the orders have not been shipped out yet. Once shipped, we can no longer change the invoices since these are already printed and orders have already been handed over to our third-party couriers.

If you want to change your account information or future order information, you can log in to your Grafik Republic account to make changes.

Can I change payment method for my existing order?

At Grafik Republic, we do not offer an option to change payment method for your existing order. Hence, we suggest you place a new order and cancel your existing order immediately by sending us a request to cancel order at http://grafikrepublic.com/contact/ so we could assit you in the cancellation.

Can I change or cancel an item in my existing order?

Unfortunately, we do not have an option to modify your order after it has been placed. However, you may definitely cancel an item in your existing order as long as it has not been shipped out yet.

In that case, please send us a request to cancel your item immediately at http://grafikrepublic.com/contact/. We will help you cancel it.

Can I cancel my order?

You may only cancel your order within 24hrs after payment has been made. A cancellation exceeding the 24hrs allotment is not possible due to the fact that the production of your order would have already been started.

What should I do if I received an incomplete order?

Please notify us immediately at http://grafikrepublic.com/contact/ so we can assist you promptly.

  • If what missing from your order is a gift/ bonus, we will push to deliver it to you soon.
  • If what missing from your order is a part of a product or an item, we will need you to send the whole order back to us.

In this case, to assure prompt return resolution, please pack the item in its original package, with full accessories and buying invoice.

What should I do if I received the wrong item?

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, we woud be happy to replace the item for you.

What should I do if I received a damaged or defective item?

Please notify us immediately at http://grafikrepublic.com/contact/. We will contact you right away to prepare a replacement item to be sent to you.

You will be required to provide a photo of the damage to be sent to us then we will need the damaged item shipped back to our office. Return of the damaged item will be  organized and scheduled by Grafik Republic via Xend and will be free of charge.

To assure prompt return resolution, please pack the item in its original package, with full accessories and buying invoice.

How many is the minimum to place an order?

We accept single orders for our apparels (shirt, tank top, hoodie, long sleeve) but in order to enjoy discounts, we require a minimum of 50 orders per design (any color and size). Colours and sizes of your ordered design and style may vary as long as they total to 50 pieces. Discounts apply to each category individually.

For orders on decals, stickers and gadget skins, the same applies to each individual category.

What are your merchandises made of?

Our t-shirt, long sleeves, tank tops and hoodies pull-up are made from 100% and 60% quality cotton printed using vinyl printing for retail orders and silk screen methods bulk order to compliment each design.

 

What are the washing instructions?

Our apparels are washing machine friendly but you must not iron on the design.

How to get discount for bulk order?

The discount system only applies to bulk orders above 100 pieces. Orders of 1-99 pieces will be sold in the standard retail price.The discounts incurred is automatically applied and it will be send via our official quotation.

Discounts vary per amount of bulk orders. Higher discounts are offered the more you order.

 

 

How much is the shipping fee?

Grafik Republic offers shipping nationwide for orders.
Prices & date of deliveries vary depending on your chosen courier.

Where the shipments or orders will come from?

We have different production houses from different locations or country.
