How do I return & exchange an item?

Before returning an item, please check our Grafik Republic Return policy to see if you are eligible

If your return meets the stated standards, return can be done via our Online Returns Form. Countdown of return validity starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us. Countdown period (7 working days) will depend on the policy applicable on the item.

Xend  will serve as our courier for the return and exchange process. We will have the item picked up from your location and returned to you within  Kindly keep the tracking number provided by Xend so you can monitor your package.

Shipping costs for the return and exchange will be shouldered by Grafik Republic. The exchanged item will be delivered within 7 working days.

What is Grafik Republic’s Return policy?

All items sold on Grafik Republic are under the Buyer Protection Program which are eligible for return within a period of 7 days from when you receive the package.

NOTE: Countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us. Countdown period (7 working days) will depend on the policy applicable on the item.

Grafik Republic’s primary goal is your complete gratification. All purchases on Grafik Republic are guaranteed to be genuine, new and without defect or damage. However in case you wish to return or exchange, you can return within 7 days for exchange for the same or greater amount of a certain item.

Requirements for a valid return:

  • Item must be in the same condition as it was when received  and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories and/or any free gifts
  • Proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, etc.)
  • Return reason has to satisfy the standards (check out below)

If your item meets all the requirements, return can be initiated via Online Returns Form.

What are valid reasons for requesting return & exchange of an item?

You may request to have your item returned and replaced due to any of the following:

Damaged or Defect Damaged Packaging Packaging of the item has clear physical damaged and/or is broken upon arrival. – Plastic packaging or seal  intact and untampered
– The product or item must not be used
– Item must include all packaging and accessories
Defective Item The item does not function as described in the Grafik Republic specifications. – Item can be tested but must not have any damages or scratches or signs of usage
– All packaging and accessories must be included in its return
Wrong item/missing parts Item received different from the description on the website photo and/or is missing parts – Item must not be used

– Packaging of the itemmust be sealed, in original condition, with all packaging and accessories


How do I track my return status?

Status of return could be tracked through our Order Tracking tool.

Until when can I return my item for replacement?

You may request for item replacement within 7 days from product arrival. But first, the item must undergo evaluation if its eligible for return and replacement to ensure the fault is the supplier’s or the courier’s.
